This line was originally created in the oldest continuously-run factory in the Dominican Republic with cigar production dating back to 1903. The line was first offered in a Perfecto / Preferido shape, and now includes additional sizes and wrapper styles. The cigars are a super-premium blend utilizing some of the very best tobaccos from the world’s finest tobacco growing regions. The La Aurora Preferidos 1903 Edition Cigars are available in the following wrapper style blends; Diamond: Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro Emerald: Ecuadorian Sun-grown Gold: Dominican Corojo Platinum: Cameroon Ruby: Brazilian Maduro Sapphire: Connecticut Shade. All the wrappers are aged in oak casks to add layers of complexity and finesse to each cigar.
