Our Ethiopian coffee is a bold, unique coffee processed using a special semi-washed technique where the fruit of the coffee cherry is left on the bean during the drying process. This technique adds an intense, bright note of sweetness to the coffee’s flavor profile, providing heightened mouthfeel and a well-rounded touch of acidity. After washing and drying, we then roast the beans to achieve a delicate balance of caramelization of the natural sugars in the coffee. This adds mild notes of cocoa and chocolate, rounding the coffee out with a medium body and producing a rich, robust flavor with a sweet, pleasant aftertaste.
