Our Honduras coffee is hand selected by a certified Q grader and imported directly from family-owned farms into our roasting facility in Miami, Florida. The coffee is organic, single source, and proudly roasted in small batches — with notes of chocolate and cocoa, a naturally occurring characteristic of this Arabica bean grown on select fair-trade farms in Honduras.

Our company participates in a crop-sharing program in Honduras which allows small farmers to get their organic specialty coffee into the international market. Our philosophy has always been to support family-owned businesses. Once our coffee arrives at our facilities in the United States, each batch is processed and roasted in a CCOF Certified Organic facility.
