A bold, distinctive coffee processed with a special semi-washed technique — the cherry fruit is left on the bean during drying, adding an intense, bright sweetness and a well-rounded touch of acidity. A delicate roast brings mild cocoa and chocolate, a medium body, and a rich, robust flavor with a sweet, pleasant finish.
